1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between tk222bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk222bat website and its associated services. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through tk222bat, including but not limited to live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, crash games, Rummy, and any promotional activity.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations, deadlines, and communications.

1.2 Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail. Users accessing the platform from Bangladesh are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. It is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their location before registering.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification Process

tk222bat may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the registration process or thereafter, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

Accounts for which satisfactory age verification documents are not provided within the stipulated time frame may be suspended. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which the user was found to be underage will be voided and any deposited funds returned to the payment source where technically possible.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction before creating an account. tk222bat does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for users who access the platform in contravention of local laws. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited must not register or use the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the tk222bat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the voiding of all pending bonuses and winnings, and may result in the forfeiture of deposited funds in cases of demonstrated fraudulent intent.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following details must be provided truthfully:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer)

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms. tk222bat reserves the right to verify all registration details against supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. tk222bat will never ask for a user's password, OTP, or full payment PIN via chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from tk222bat requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to an account, the user must notify tk222bat support immediately via the official support channel. tk222bat accepts no liability for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tk222bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming best practices. Users may be required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed or if unusual account activity is detected. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following: national identity card, passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (or the method associated with the account's primary KYC-verified details). Same-day processing applies to bKash and Nagad requests submitted before 20:00 BST. Requests received after this cut-off are processed on the next business day.

Withdrawals will be held pending if: (a) active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on the account; (b) a KYC verification request has been issued but not completed; (c) the account is under review for fraud or suspicious activity; or (d) the withdrawal amount exceeds the verified single-transaction limit for the chosen payment method.

4.3 Responsible Financial Use

Users are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately with no waiting period.

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered users who have completed the basic account verification process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• The default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different figure is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, tk222bat reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, apply wagering restrictions to the account, or close the account entirely. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of the tk222bat compliance team.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Once wagering requirements have been met in full, bonus-derived winnings are automatically transferred to the main wallet and become eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.2 above.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk222bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter
• Creating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different one
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error are void
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including poker, Rummy, or any live game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sports events on which bets are placed
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk222bat staff or other users through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy any part of the platform's code, data, or intellectual property

6.1 Reporting Obligations

Users who become aware of potential violations of these Terms by other users — including collusion, fraud, or exploitation of platform errors — are encouraged to report such activity to the tk222bat support team. Reports may be submitted via the live support chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text, not a clickable link). All reports are treated confidentially.

7 Game Rules & Betting Terms

Each game available on the tk222bat platform operates according to its own specific rule set, which is published within the game interface. In all cases, the following general principles apply across the entire platform:

7.1 General Game Principles

• All game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of real-world game mechanics (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by qualified dealers in a controlled studio environment.

7.2 Sports Betting Terms

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that wager.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous displayed price or malfunctioning game mechanic are not paid out.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tk222bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated time frame
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• User-initiated self-exclusion request
• Receipt of a legal instruction from a competent authority

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may request permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting the tk222bat support team. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on file, provided no outstanding obligations remain on the account. Bonus funds and any wagering requirements attached to them are forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, all promotional communications are suspended, and re-registration is blocked.

Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened during a self-exclusion period will be closed immediately and any accumulated balance handled in accordance with responsible gaming policies.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as inactive. tk222bat will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance of inactive accounts, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. Reactivation requires a successful login and, where applicable, completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.4 Right of Appeal

Users whose accounts are suspended or closed by tk222bat (other than through self-exclusion or user-initiated closure) may submit a written appeal to the support team within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. Appeals must include the account username, a description of the disputed action, and any supporting documentation. tk222bat will respond to all appeals within 10 business days of receipt.
